A RESOIJ3T/ON OF THE C/TY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCMO CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
]~4PROV~lqTS FOR TRACT 13898 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FTI.ING OF A NOTICE OF CCMPIZTION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13898 have
been ccmpleted to the satisfaction of the City Engir---~r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of CEmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cumplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROV[D, and ADOIYEED this 18th day of November, 1992.
