A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMDNGA, CALIFOMqIA, APPROVING IMPRCr~M~NT
AGRRFMENT EXTMqSION AND 1~ S~CURITY FOR
TRACT 14139
WHERFAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement Extension
executed on November 16, 1992, by Armkqnson Development as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the seathwest corner of Etiwanda
Avenue and 24th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereef, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 14139; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acco~enied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
