A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANC~O CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEFIING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEM3]qTS FOR TRACT 13441 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FTT.TNG OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13441 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHERFAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~mplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~I), APPROV[D, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1992.
