WHEREAS, the City .Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 85-328 accepting a Reimbursement Agreement for Frontage
Improvements frc~ Daon Corporation; and
WHEREAS, said Reimbursement Agreement for Frontage Improvements was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on Dece~
18, 1985, as Document No. 85-322765 ;and
WHEREAS, portion of said Reimknrsement Agreement for Frontage
Improvements for Assessor Parcel Number 209-144-06 are no longer req~m~red.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release lien rights related to said Reimbursement
Agreement for Frontage Improvements from mentioned parcel number (see attached
exhibit "A") and to be recorded in the office of the County R~corder of San
Bern~ County, California.
