A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCMO CUCAMONGA R~ .FASING A REAL PROPERTY
CONSTANCE DANIERI
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 86-301 accepting a Real Property Improvement contract and Lien
~jreement with Constance Danieri.
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien ~xgreement
recorded in Official Records of San Berr~ County, California, on November
24, 1986, as Doclanent No. 89-355441; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CL~,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE and release said R~al Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino, California.
PASSED, APPROV~D, and ADOPTMD this 4th day of November, 1992.
