M{EREAS, the construction of public in~ for Tract 13304,
including interior tract streets, landscaping and storm drain, have been
co~pl~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the reduced amounts of the performance bonds are pursuant to
the Subiivision Map Act and the Street Capping ~reement ara are in an amount
sufficient to secure the completion of the remaining improv~-~nts; and
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rand~ Ow~onga,
California, has for its consideration an Im~rov~ent Agreement Efcension
executed on Octobez 21, 1992, by Lewis Hones as developer, for the i~Tove~er~
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northwest corner of Mountain View Drive
and Tetra Vista Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improv~e~nts, described in said
Im~ Agreement and subject to the tarms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13304; and
NOW, I}{BREFCeZ, BE IT RESOLVED, that the described work is hereby
accepted, the reduction of the Performance Bond is he~ approved, that said
PASSED, APPROVE3, and ADO~ this 21st day of ~, 1992.
