M~S, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13270,
ccepleted to the satisfactic~ of the City ~hgineer; and
WHEREAS, the r~ed ammmt of the perf~ance hmd are pursuant to
the Subdivision Map Act and the Street Capping Agreement and are in an amount
sufficient to secure the completion of the remaining improveDants; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pand~
California, b~-~ for its c~nsideration an Im[rovement Ac3reenent Extensic~
~ on October 21, 1992, by Lewis Hcmm~ as developer, for the i~ak~v~uent
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Church Street and
Elm Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such ~,L~uvements, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13270; and
NC~q, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the described wark is hereby
accepted, the reduction of the Performance Bond is hereby approved, that said
Improvement Agreement Extension and said Imp~uveaent Security are hereby
PASSI~, APPRDVED, and ADOPT~Dthis 21stday of October, 1992.
