MeREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~..L~]ga,
Califcrnia, ba-~ fur its consideration an lmprovenent A~reemnt Extension
executed on ~ 21, 1992, by Style HceM~ as developer, fur the i~Tovem~E
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at the west side of East Avenue between Catalpa
Street and Victoria Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such in~=-o~, described in said
oonjunctionwiththedevelo[mentof said ParcelM~p 12854; and
WHEREAS, said Im~rove~nt ~nt Extension is secured and
acc~ed by good and sufficient In~rovement Security, which is identified
insaid Im~rove~entA~MmPat Extension.
NOW, THHREFDRE, the City Ccxmcil of the City of Rancho O~m~3a,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreeme~___nt Extension ard said
hereby authorized to sign said 33~ Ar/reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest there.
