~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho (~,
California, has feet its consideratio~ an improvement/~3reement Extensio~
executed on Oct____ober 21, 1992, by Thceas Tucker/Peril as developer, f~r the
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real 1~ specifically
described therein, and generally located at the south side of Letup1 Avenue at
London Avenue; and
WH~qEAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
I~prove~ent ~x/reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be dene in
conjunction with the develc~eent of said Tract 14866; and
M~EAS, said Im~ Agreement Extension is secured and
accrmpanied by good and sufficient I~ Security, whiah is identified
in said Izprov~-ent Aqreement Extension.
NOW, IB~qEF~E, the City Council of the City of Rand~o O~am~,
California hereby resolves, that said ~/~_nt Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ AtJree~ Extension c~1 behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
