A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~CIL OF ~{E CITY OF

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ranc~o O~mo~ga,
California, has for its ccrsideraticm an Im~ A~Jreement Extensic~
executed c~1 October 21, 1992, by Watt Homes as developer, for the i~
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the west side of Etiwanda Avenue between
Summit Avenue and Highland Avenue; aP~
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Improvement ~Mmmnt and subject to the terms thereof, is to be ~ in
conjunction with the develoFment of said Tract 13812; and

California hereby resolves, that said I/~ ~ Extension a~ said
hereby authurized to sign said I/~ Ar~_~nt Extension on behalf of
