A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO

TRACT 14192
WH~I~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Ow-am~nga,
California, has p~evicusly f~nmd a specia~ maintenance district pursuant to
the te~ms of the "Lar~~ and Lighting Act of 1972", being Division 15,
Part 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, sa~d
Maintenance District No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the '~4aintenance
District"); and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2 of (b~.-ter 2 of the "Iandscaping
and Lighting Act of 1972" authorize the annexation of additiunal territcrf to
the Ma~ District; and
WHEREAS, at th/s time the City Council is desirous to take
pr_oceea~_ings to annex the property described on Exb{bit "A" attached hereto emd
WHEREAS, all of the owners of property within the territory proposed
to be annexed to the Maintenance District have filed with the City Clerk their
filing of an Engineer's '~3crt".
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHD
KBI%EBYRESOLVES~
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true an~ correct.
S}DCT/ON 3: Ihat all future proceedings of the Maintenance District,
including the levy of all assessments, shall be applicable to the territory
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADD~ this 21st day of October, 1992.
