I~OV~4~TAG~RNMBNT, AND
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 14192, subnitted by Mix Development
Corporation, and consisting of 39 lots located south of 19th Street ~
Hellman and Amethyst Avenues, was ap[Eoved by the Planning C~ ..... ~-~io~ of the
City of Rancho O~,,ra~, c~ J~le 27, 1990, and is in compliance with the
State Subiivisic~ Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 14192 is the second and last phased final map
of the divisic~ of land approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map and
consisting of 39 lots of the 65 lots shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the re~ements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an ~t A~reenent ~,~anteed by acce~hle Improvement
WHEREAS, said Developer m/hnite for approval said Tract Fap offering
for dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets
NC~, THEREKPZ, THE CITY COUNC/L OF ~{E CITY OF RANC~O (~AMANGA
HEREBY RESOLVES, that said improvement Agreement and said Im~rove~_nt Security
is hereby authorized to sign said Im~ Agre~n~nt on behalf of the City
of Rancho O,cRmonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Fap No. 14192
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
eRmty Recorder to be filed for record.
