WHEREAS, the City Counc i 1 of the City of Rancho O ~amonga,
California, has for its celsideration an ]~l~rovement k3reement Extensic~
exemfued c~ October 7, 1992, by First Hotel Investment CUrporatic~ as
developer, for the i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, and generally located ~n the north
side of Almund Avenue and west of Sap~ Street; and
WH~RFAS, the installation of such imp, described in said
conjunction with the develo[ment of said Tract 10210; and
WH~A~EAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~panied by good and sufficient Imp~t Security, which is identified
in said Im~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, TH~]~3RE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Ommcrr3a,
California hereby resolves, that said In~crovement ~Mmmnt Extensim and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement ExtePsion on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cl~ame3ga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVE3, and ADO~ this 7th day of October, 1992.
