WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of ~ O~am~x3a,
California, has previously formed a special ~ district pursuant to
the terms of the "T~dSCapi~ ar~ Lighting Act of 1972", beir~ Divisic~ 15,
Paz~ 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said
special maintenance district known and designated as T~ndscape ~
District No. 3, Street Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 and Street Lightir~
Maintenance District No. 6 (hereirklfter referred to as the '~h-t~_rer~e
District"); and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2 of (~klpter 2 of the
"Landscap~ and LightingAct of 1972" authorize the annexatic~ of additicrkll
WHEREAS, at this time the City Council is desirous to take
prcceed/n~s to annex the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of pruperty within the territory proposed
to be annexed to the Maintenance District have filed with the City Clerk their
written consent to the propoeed annexation without notice and hearing cr
filing of an Engineer's '~%~p~rt".
NOW, THEREF'~eE, ~{E CITY COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY OF ~ CUCAMDNGA
HEREBY RESOLVES~
SECT/ON 2: ~hat this legislative body hereby orders the annexation
of the property as shown in Exb{hit "A" and the work program areas as
described in Exhibit "B" attached here to the Maintenance District.
SECTION 3: ~lat all future prcoeedir~s of the Maintenance District,
including the levy of all a.~e~n~nts, shall be applicable to the territary
