kIfl~REAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 12959, subnitted by Capellino and
Associates, located on the scutheast corner of White Oak Avenue and Arrow
Route, being a division of 51.8 acres subdivided into 22 parcels was a~
by the Planning Ck,,.,,~-~ion of the City of Rancho O~amc~ on January 8, 1992;
~HEREAS, Parcel Map 12959-1 is Phase I of same Tentative Parcel Map
12959 consisting of 22.57 acres subdivided into 15 parcels; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 12959-1 is the final map of the division of
land approved as sh~m on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requ~ established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an I~ AGreement ~,~anteed by acceptable ~
Improve~_nt Security submi~ by said developer ha and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 12959-1 be and the same is hereby approved and the
City ~gineer is authorized to present same to the Oeunty ~ to ha filed
f~r ~.
