A RESOLUTION OF ~}[E CITY OOUNCIL OF ~}{E CITY OF RANC~O

CBREAIN 'A'~MKI~UR~ TO ~E ~ DISTRICT NO.
3B AND glREET LIGHT/NG ~CE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 6
FOR ~R 89-04 (APN 201-811-57 & 58)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pand~ O~erax3a,
California, has previously formed a special maintenance district pursuant to
the terms of the "T~-~caping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Divisio~ 15,
Part 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said
special maintenance district known and designated as T~na-~,ape Mainterence
District No. 3B, Street Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 and Street
Lighting Mainteaance District No. 6 (hereinafter referred to as the
'~aintenance District"); and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 2 of the
"Iar~ing and Lighting Act of 1972" authorize the annexatic~ of additic~]
WHEREAS, at this time the City Council is desirous to take
pr0oeeiirr3s to annex tba property described c~ Exhibit "A" attacbe~__ hereto and
incorporated herein by this referenced to the Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, all of theownersofpropertywithintheterritcryproposed
to beanne~ed_totbaMaintenanceDistricthave filed withtheCityClerktheir
written consent to the proposed annexation without notice and hearing or
filing of an Engineer's '~%epcrt".

HEREBY RESOLVESAS ~LLOWS:
SECTION 2: That this legislative body hereby orders the annexation
of the property as shown in Exhibit "A" and the work p~g~mu areas as
described in Exhibit "B" attached bareto to the Ma/ntenance District.
SF/fION 3: That all future proceedings of the Maintenance District,
including the levy of all ~.~ments, shall be applicable to the territary
