StMMARn.Y ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PCST/ON OF P~n~3AD

WH~RBRS, by Cba[~cer 4, Article 1, Sectic~ 8331, of the Streets and
Highway COde, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to eam~lrily vacate a pcrtio~ of the City Street hereinafter more particularly
WH~RERS, the City Council found all the evidence suhnitted that
portion of Railroad Avenue South is unnecessary for present ~r prospective
public street purposes because for a period of five consecutive years, said
street has been im[~-~able for vehicular travel ar~ no public mcrmy was
expende~ for maintenance on said street during such period.
NOW, ~EREF0[~E BE IT RESOLVED by t_he Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga as follc~s:
SECTION 1: The Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~amorr3a hereby ;makes
its order vacating that portion of street on Map V-122, on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of RarEho O,c~mc~rja, which has been further
described in a legal description which is attached hereto, marked Emhibit "A",
and by reference made a part thereof.

SECTION 3: ~hat the subject vacation shall be subject to the
reservations and exceptions, if any, for existing utilities on record.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be reccra/~_~_ in the office of the County Reccra~r of San
Bernardino Ommty, Califu~-x~ia.
SEETION 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution, and it shall there upon take effect and be in
force.

State 6f California, more particularly described as.that portion
of said Railroad Avenue South lyinq northerly of and adjacent to
Lots 21 throuqh 24 inclusive of said Orange ~spire Acres, bounded
on the vest by the nortaerly prolonqation of the vesterly line of
said Lot 21 and on the east by the northerly prolonqation of the
easterly line of said Lot 24.
