WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~ O~a~-~r3a ~
Resolution No. 91-014 accepting a Real Property Improvement contract and Lien
A~reementfrcmLaszloandErzsebethVass; and
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
January 30, 1991, as Document No. 91-033956; and
NOW, ~EREFORE, THE CITY CCS~CIL OF ~E CITY OF RANCID ~,
DOES H~REBY RESOLVE and release said Real Property I3~xDveme~ Contract and
Lien A~3ret from 6809 Hellman Avenue (See attached Exhibit "A") and that
the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Bernardino, California.
