INVOLVING Q}IE JUNE, 1992, EAR~
WHEREAS, in June, 1992, the City experienced significant ea~;
WHEREAS, the City expended furas an~ resources to respond to the
effects of the earthquakes ard is desirous of receiving federal and state
assistance to recover these costs; and
OFFICER, is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of
Rancho O~amonga, a public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, this application and to file it in the Office of Emergency
Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance
under P.L. 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, and/or state financial assistance under the
Natural Disaster Assistance Act for the earthqua, which occurred in June of
1992.
THAT the City of Rancho O~amonga, a public entity establ~ u~r
the laws of the State of California, hereby authorizes its agent to provide to
the State Office of Emergency Services for all matters pertai~ to such
PASSED, APPRDVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1992.
