WHEREAS, the construction of public t~E~ements for 1992 Tree
Planting program, CO 92-039, have been c~leted to the satisfactic~ of the
city Engin~r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letic~ is required to be filed,
certifying the work camplete.
NOW, ~}E]~EFC~E, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~_m~ga
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletic~ with the County ~~ of
PASSED, ~, and ADOPlOD tb~-~ 16th day of September, 1992.
