WHeatS, the cc~structicm of public imf=~ve~ents for the
basketball hardcourt retrofit project have been completed to the satisfaction
of the Cuam/nity DeveloFaent Director; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccepletion is re~,~ed to be filed,
certifying the work ce~plete.
NOW, ~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamunga
does hereby resolve, that the work is hereby accepted and the C~ty
DeveloFeent Director is authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~leticm
with the County ~ of San Bernardino Ommty.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPlOD this 16th day of September, 1992.
