WHEREAS, the ccr~-truction of public i~ for Parcel Map
11838 have been c~mpleted to the satisfactic~ of the City ~x/ineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, T~I~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that tba work is bareby accepted and the City Engineer is
a~ized to sign and file a Notice of Ccmloletion with the County Recorder of
PASS]]), APPROV~D, and ADOPlOD this 16th day of September, 1992.
