nc~ corner of (hutch Street and R]m Avenue in the Parks District of the
Term Vista Phnned Ommmity was approved by the Phnning C~,assicn of the
City of Rallcho O___~TR____mO~ga C81 ~ 26, 1990, as provided in the State
Subdivisice~ Map Act and is in ccmpliarr~ with the rerauirements of Ordinance
No. 28 of said City; and
WH~, Parcel Map No. 11287 is the final map of the division1
of land approved as shown c~ said Tentative Parcel Map;
WH~RBRS, all of the requ3~ established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met

11287 be and the same is hereby approved and the City B~gineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
