WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuce~mx3a ha- fur its
c~sideratim a ~urse~nt Agrement sa~mittaU by ~uthl~U Devel~m~nt
C~tim, develc[~r, fur the installation of a purtic~ of a Master Planned
Storm Drain Facility located in Jasper Street appruximately 180 feet north and
360 feet south of Highland Avenue; and
WHBREAS, the developer, at the developer's ~, has completed
said storm drein installation.
NOW ~]~E, ~he City Council of the City of Rancho ~ does
approved and the Mayor is hereby aut/x~ized to sign said Re/mhur~nt
A~reement in behalf of the City of Pancho O_w~mn~qa, and the City Clerk to
PASSED, ~, and ADOPTED tb~ 16th day of Se~, 1992.
