WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Parrt~ Cucamm3ga (the "City
Council") ba-~ previously declared its intentio~ and held and conducted
pr0ceeiings relating to the levy of additional special taxes in an ]m~rov~mint
Facilities District No. 91-1 (Victoria Cum.-,nity) of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga (the "District"), as authorized pursuant to the terms ard provisions
of the '~ello-Rooe Cumm/nity Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part
1, Division 2, Title 5 of the GoretriMmer Code of the State of California, said

WHEREAS, said legislative body did call for and order to be held an
election to mahnit to the qualified electc~ of the ~ Area a
proposition relating to the levy of additic~al special taxes in the
ia~rovement Area and a separate propoeition to establish an appropriaticr~
WH~RERS, at this time said election ba-~ been held and the measure
voted upon and did receive the favorable 2/3's vote of the qualified electors,
and this legislative body does desire to declare the favorable results of the
election in accordance with the provisic~ls of the Electic~ls Code of the State
of California.
NOW, ~EREPDRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:

by the Election Official, said Statement setting fcEth the number of votes
for and/or against the measures voted upon. A copy of said Certificate and

provision of the Electicms Code of the State of California, to entar in the
minutes the results of the election as set forth in said ~ OF VOTES
CAST.
