WHeEl, the City Council of the City of Rancho CUcammr3a (the "City
Council") h4-~ previously declared its intentira ard ordered the preparatic~ of

improvement area within an existing Oa,-,unity Facilities District, being
Ommmmity Facilities District No. 91-1 (Vict_nria Gainunity) of the City of
Rancho (~ (the "District',), pursuant to the terms and ~rovisic~s of the
'~4ellO-RDOS ~ty Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1,
Divisicm 2, Title 5 of the Govermment Code of the State of California. ~

WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing relating to the establ]abmmt of
matters has been given, and a '~0ort", as ordered by th~-~/~mcy, ha-~ been
presented to this Agency and has been made a part of the record of the hearing
on the Resolution of Consideration to estab]{-~h said ~ Area; and,
WHEREAS, all ccammmicaticms relating to the es~h_lishment of the
IX~rovemer~ Area and the rate of the propteed additicrml special tax to be
levied within the l]~rovement Area have been presented, and it b~- further
been determired that a majority protest as defined by law ba~ not been
received against these prcceedlngs; and,
for at le~t the precedin~ ninety (90) days, this ~islative b~y is daskuus
to submit the levy of the additicr~l special tax to the landowners of the
Im~zove~ Area, said ~ bein~ the qualified elect~ as aut/xEized
by law.
NOW ~M~CeE, the City Council of tba City of Rancho Cucammnga does
hereby resolve as follows:
represent a majority protest as defined by the applicable provisions of the
"C~a~munity Facilities Act of 1982".
