California, does hereby resolve that Cc~m Cooperative A~reement No. 8-
787 with the Califarnia De~ of ~-4r~tic!~ far the i~ of
19th Street frcln Carnelian Street to Amethyst Street is approved.
SECT/ON ~ It is further resolved that the Mayar is autharized to
sign said agreement on behalf of the City Council.
SEETION 3: It is further resolved that the Mayar is autharized to
sign any amendment(s) to said ~_nt on behalf of the City Council.
