TRACT 12332-2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~mcrr3a,
California, has for its oc~sideraticm an I~ AgreeraP/It Extensi~l
executed on August 19, 1992, by M.J. Brock as developer, for the i~
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the southeast turner of Haven Avemae and
Tackstem Place; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such imp, described in
conjunction with the develo~ of said Tract 12332-2; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement AgreeaBnt-Extension is secured ara
acc~ad by good and sufficient Imlx~Nem~mt Security, whic~ is identified
in said Inprove~ent Agreenent Extension.
NOW, ~{~EF'URE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California hereby resolves, that said Im[Eov~ent Agreement
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Ia~~t Agreement
Extension on behalf of the City of Pancho Owmmcrr3a, and the City Clerk to
attest thereto.
