A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

A. Recitals.
~, tb~ City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 91-194A establishing a Cc~prehensive Fee Schedule on the 20th
day of November, 1991; and
WHEREAS, it is tb~ City's desire to recover all consumable costs.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 6.0 -Recreation Fees
Neighborhood and Community Park Lighted Sports Venue Fees:
C, oxz,,LerK~ing on September 1, 1993, each user group shall be charged
fees equal to seventy five (75%) of the cost of electricty used to provide
light to that user group based on the most recent rates published by Southern
California Edison (SCE). C~mLencing September 1, 1994, fees will be charged
at one hundred percent (100%).
C. Resolution Effective Date.
Tnis Resolution shall becc~e effective with its adoption.
