A RESOLUTION OF I}{E CITY (IX]NCIL OF I}IE CITY OF ~

FCR ER 89-21 AND AUI}K)RIZING ~}[E F]TING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public ir~rovements for ER 89-21 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Ergir--__r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cumpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPRfrQT~3, and ADOPIeD this 5th day of ~!_~w3ust, 1992.
