WHEREAS, the construction of public i~i3rovenents for ER 88-09 have
been c~leted to the satisfactic~ of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of CUmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cumplete.
NOW, ~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Q~mc~ga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County PaccEder of
PASSED, ~, and ADOPTE3this 5thday of August, 1992.
