MeREAS, the ~ena~a_ Parcel Map No. 11891, ccr~isting of 26 parcels,
submitted by RCDC Associated L.P., A Califcrnia Tam, ted PaztnerBhip,
Subiivider, located generally at the intersection of Milliken Avenue and
Jersey Boulevard, has been suhnitted to the City of Rancho O~mcex3a by said
Subiivider, as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California,
and in compliance with the re~,~ents of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, the original Parcel Map No. 11891 w-as approved by the City
Council on July 5, 1989, as Resolution No. 89-301 and recorded on Au~ 8,
1989, Book 140pages 83 thru90: and
WHEREAS, the developer has made a significant number of changes
consistin~of relocationoftheon-site inundation areas, relocationofoa~mon
property line between Parcels 22 and 23 and between Parcels 23 and 24,
relccation of access easements on Parcels 5 and 22 and the aaa~tion of an~
access easementonParcel7; and
WHEREAS, to meet the rec~,ivBnenta established as prerequisite to
approval of the ~ Parcel Map 11891 said Subdiviae~ eahnite for ap~
said Amended Map offering for dedication for public use of the streets
NOW TH~REFEea, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amcrr/a,
California, does he~ resolve that the offers for dedication and the
Amending Map delineating same are bareby aperoved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate therec~ on behalf of said City and
record said map.
