the A.T. & S.F. Railroad Crossing, COntract No. 92-005, have bee/1 cumpleted to
the satisfactic~ of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the wurk cceplete.
NC~, THEREF~PZ, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~m~nga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~pletic~ with the County Recorder of
PASSED, ~, and ADOPTE3 this 1st day of July 1992.
