WHerEAS, the constructic~ of public i~ for Parcel Map 13825
have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cceplete.

bareby resolves, that the w~rk is hereby ac~ and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cumpletic~ with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVBD, and ADOPTED this 1st day of July 1992.
