FC~ IRACT 13440 AND ~~ZING ~E FTLTNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public im~ for Tract 13440 have
cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C=epletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, TH~aA~Pa, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
herek~ resolves, that the wurk is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of CUmpletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVE3, and ADO~ this 1st day of July 1992.
