WHEREAS, a Notice of Ocepletim is re~ed to be filed, certifying
the work ccmplete.

hereby resolves, that the work is hereb~ accepted and the City ~g~ is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cumpleti~n with the County Recurder of
