A RESOLUTION OF ~}{E CITY ~ OF ~E CITY OF

EXTENSION AND I)~OVM}~T SEfN/RITY F~R TRACT 13114
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ranc~o Cucamonga,
California, b~-~ for its consideration an I~ Agreement Extension
executed on July 1, 1992, by Baaycun Develo~ent as developer, for the
i~t of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southeast corner of Vineyard
Avenue and Calle del Prado; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such im~vements, described in said
conjunction with the develc[ment of said Tract 13114; and
WHEREAS, said Imgrove~nt A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient I3~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, I~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement ~r3ree~ent Extension and said
I~t Security be and the same are b~_reby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said I~/~3reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho C~, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
