WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Im/x~mmnt A~reement executed on
July 1, 1992, by Peter M. Sinits as developer, for the improv~ of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on 10418 and 10438 Vivienda Street between Haven and
Ridgeview Avenues; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
i3~x~3vement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be dc~e in
conjunction with the develo[ment of two single family hcees on 10418 and 10438
Vivienda Street; and
good and sufficient ~ Security, which is i~ent~ied in said'
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~tE CITY OF ~ ~,
H~REBY RESOLVES that said Im~rove~t A~reement and sa~d Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby ap~roved and the Mayer is hereby authorized to sign
said Improv~ Agreemmnt on behalf of the City of Rancho Clxc~monga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
