Hughes/Lyon/Milliken Associates as developer, fur the installation of a
traffic signal at the intersection of Milliken Avenue and Kenyon Way; and
WHEREAS, the reim]3~ment of such i~Tovements, ~a~cribed in said
~ ~ement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be d~ in
conjunction with the development Of said real property.
NOW, THEREF'~E, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCh0 ~ DOES
