M{~EAS, Article XIIIB of the State of California provides that the
total annual a~r{ariatic~s subject to ]~m~tetic~ of the State and of eac~
local gove~,mea~ shall not exEeed the a~I~-op~iaticns limit of such entity of
gov~x-~ f~r the prior year adjusted fur d~3nges in the cost of living and
populatic~ e~ as other wise provided in said Article XIIIB, and;
WHEREAS, Pursuant to said Article XIIIB of the CUnstituticn of the
State of California, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga _a_e~m~ it
to be in the best intarests of the City of Rancho O KTannrrJa to establish an
appxupriations limit fur the Fiscal Year 1992-93, and;
WHEREAS, the Finance Officer of the City of Rancho O~amorr3a has
determined that said appropriations limit fur the Fiscal Year 1992-93 be
established in theamountof $20,904,828.
NOW, I~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Ow~rFr3a
does hereby resolve that an a~Y~iatiel limit fur the Fiscal Year 1992-93
pur~mnt to Article XIIIB of the CUnstitution of the State of California be
established in theamountof $20,904,828 and the same is herebyest~blished.
BE IT FURI}I~R RESOLVED, that said aF~ropriaticrs limit herein
established may be changed as a~ed ~a~y by resolution of the City
(buncil.
