M{BREAS, the Pam3~ O~monga City Council held a wurkshop to review
the app~iatic~ requests for the fiscal year 1992-93, and;
M{EREAS, the Rancho Cucamom3a City ouncil held a public hearing on
the Genera City Budget, and;
WHEREAS, this public hearing was publishe~____ in a newspaper of general
circulation and held on June 30, 1992.
NOW, ~}{BREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,c~m~nga,
California does hereby resolve that a special session assembled this 30th day
of June 1992, as follows:
SECTION l: ADOPTION OFFISCALYEAR1992-93 BUDGET.
Ihe City of Rancho O~amonga budget for the fiscal year 1992-93, on file in
the office of the Finance Officer, is hereby adopt__~__ in the amount of
$55,286,930. ~ hr]get total includes appropriations'for bothe the general
S~31~ON 2: TRANSFERS OF FUNDS BEIWRFN AND / OR WITHIN
APPP~EONS. The City Council of the City of ~ O~amonga may transfer
funds between funds or activities set forth in the budget. ~he City Manager
may transfer fu~a-~ between approb~-iaticr~ within an a~ro~ristion as set forth
in the budget and may transfer a~x~iaticr~ between activities within any
fund.
SBET/(~ 3: TRANSFERS OF FUNDS BEIWEBN FUNDS.
Transfers of funds between funds as shown on the Fund Analysis shall he made
as expenditures warrant such transfers.
S~"TION 4: DISBt~SEM~TS. Ihe City Manager and the Finance
Officer, or the duly a~ignated representative, are hereby en~ and
authorized to dishEse funds pursuant to a~E-~istic~s provided for in the
1992-93 badcJet, arr] have the respe~ibility to establish procedures and to
adadnistratively implement and control the budget on all matters, exDept
