A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
TRACT MAP NUMBER 16226-2
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 16226, submitted by BCA Development and consisting
of 265 lots located north of Wilson Avenue, east of Day Creek Boulevard and west of Etiwanda
Avenue, was approved by the Planning Commission on July 24, 2002, and is in compliance with
the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract 16226-2 is the third of three final maps of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement Agreement
guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by BMC Rancho Etiwanda, LLC, as developer,
on December 3, 2014; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering for dedication,
for street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves,
that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 16226-
2 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California, to be filed for record.
