HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-11A - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 84-11-A A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 12577 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02. 100 B WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described Tract. SECTION 1 : The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for development of the project. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to develop the project at this time. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval 410 the expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Project Applicant Expiration TT 12577 Pilgrim Ent.
