HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-26 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 84-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, DENYING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 11781. WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.83(b) of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described tentative tentative tract. WHEREAS, The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission finds that the tentative tract described herein is in conflict with the directions of the City's Development Code. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby denies a time extension for Tentative Tract 11781, Roberts Group. The appeal was granted and the time extension granted to April 22, 1985. The Council also entered into an Agreement and Covenent Not to Sue with the applicant. (see Tract 11781 File) . • •
