HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-85 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 84-85 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MASTER PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 84-06 FOR A REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER LOCATED NORTH OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, WEST OF INTERSTATE 15 IN THE VICTORIA PLANNED COMMUNITY WHEREAS, on the 6th day of June, 1984, a complete application was filed by HFA Associates for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 1984, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, the objectives of the Development Code, and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. • 2. That the proposed use, together with the condtions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Victoria Community Plan and Development Code. SECTION 2: That a supplemental Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for this project which contains mitigation measures that reduce impacts to an insignificant level . NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: 1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California Government Code, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt the Resolution approving Conditional Use Permit 84-06. • Resolution No. 85-85 • Conditional Use Permit 84-06 Page 2 • 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council . APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd DAY OF AUGUST, 1984.
