HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-100 - Resolutions h • RESOLUTION NO. 84-100 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 84-30 LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HAVEN AND 7TH STREET IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 19th day of July, 1984, a complete application was filed by A. H. Reiter for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of September, 1984, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project; and, WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has adopted interim development policies for Haven Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the Planning Commission makes the following findings in regard to Development Review 84-30: 1. The proposed project is in conflict with the intent • of the Industrial Specific Plan and Industrial Park category in terms of providing a high quality "office park" image in a campus like setting. 2. That the proposed project is inconsistent with the Haven Avenue Interim Development policies, as contained in Resolution 84-99. SECTION 2: Development Review 84-30 is hereby denied based upon inconsistency with the provisions, intent and purpose of the Haven Avenue Interim Development policies which were adopted to implement the goals and objectives of the Industrial Area Specific Plan and General Plan.
