A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 84-33 FOR VALLEY
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM LOCATED AT 9587 ARROW HIGHWAY IN THE
GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of October, 1984, a complete application was
filed by Valley Improvement Program, Inc. , for review of the above-described
project; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of November, 1984, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General
Plan, the objectives of the Industrial Area Specific
Plan and the purposes of the district in which the
site is located.
• 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
3. That the proposed use complies with each of the
applicable provisions of the Industrial Area
Specific Plan.
SECTION 2 : That Conditional Use Permit No. 84-33 is hereby approved.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1984.
