HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-149 - Resolutions t, • • RESOLUTION NO. 84-149 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DESIGNATING HISTORICAL STATUS ON NON-CONFORMING SIGN(S) IN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA WHEREAS, the signs as shown in the attached Exhibit "A" have been designated as nonconforming signs and; WHEREAS, the owners of the signs as shown on attached Exhibit "A" have requested that the Planning Commission consider designating their signs for Historical Significance and; WHEREAS, the Sign Ordinance of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Ordinance No. 65 B, Nonconforming Signs for the Planning Commissions consideration of said signs as Historically Significant. NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission does find as follows: that signs • shown on Exhibit "A" for the Magic Lamp and the Sycamore Inn, Thomas Brothers Vineyard Winery and Opici Winery have a Historical Significance to the City of Rancho Cucamonga and further finds that: A. The sign does not create nor cause a traffic hazard. B. The sign does not create a visual nuisance to the character of the community. C. The sign is properly maintained and structurally sound. D.
