A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP,
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND
MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 18912
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 18912, submitted by D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company,
Inc. and consisting of a subdivision of 7.16 acres of land into 45 single family residences, located between
Ramona and Archibald Avenues, at the north side of Pacific Electric Inland Empire Trail, was approved by
the Planning Commission on August 13, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 18912 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on the
Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the installation of public
street improvements by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc. as
developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY
RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreements, Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash
Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and that said
Tract Map 18912 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same
to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
