A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING LOTS 1
THROUGH 5 OF TRACT 14139 FROM A TEMPORARY
DRAINAGE DETENTION FACILITIES OVERLAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution No.
91-296, on November 6, 1991, approving an Agreement for the construction and maintenance of
temporary drainage detention facilities within Lots 1 through 5 of Tract 14139; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement established a revocable overlay of Lots 1 through 5 of
Tract 14139 and authorized the City to release said overlay once removal of said temporary
drainage detention facilities was complete; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County,
California, on November 26, 1991, as Document No. 91-449558; and
WHEREAS, said temporary drainage detention facilities have been removed by the
current owner of Lots 1 through 5 of Tract 14139 and the interim basin has been filled.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Agreement and Overlay from Lots 1 through 5 of Tract
14139 also known as parcels: APN 1087-281-01, 1087-281-02, 1087-281-03, 1087-281-04 and
1087-281-05, authorizes the Mayor to sign a Notice of Release of Lien and directs the City Clerk
to record the Notice of Release of Lien in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
